Stephanie is a proud Vietnamese American, deeply rooted in a rich cultural heritage. Both of her parents immigrated to the U.S. after the Vietnam War, and their families’ journey into the restaurant industry became a cornerstone of their new lives. For Stephanie, food has always been at the heart of family gatherings where love and connection are expressed through the dishes passed around the table.

In traditional Vietnamese culture, cooking and sharing meals isn’t just about nourishment; it’s a way of showing care, ensuring that everyone feels valued and content. Many of the V-Roll recipes come from her childhood and we all know Mama's recipes are always the best.

As Stephanie puts it, “In our family, we show our love through food. It’s my mission to carry on that tradition and share the same warmth with the community.”
